Functional Experience

Strategic Planning - Facilitate the development and documentation of organizational strategic plans to guide the organization's direction for five to ten years into the future by defining priorities, strengths, weaknesses, critical success factors, and key goals. Use organizational development techniques to guide the leadership team to consensus on critical elements of the strategic plan by allowing each person to participate and commit to the process.

Supply Chain Management - Orchestrate and integrate the supply of machined parts and raw materials into large, complex manufacturing and assembly processes ensuring the continuous reduction of total costs in the entire supply chain. Work with international suppliers as well as domestic suppliers to ensure a partnering relationship that supports information sharing on processes, product data and schedules. All of this will be accomplished while meeting all requisite schedules and deadlines.

Lean Manufacturing - Improve throughput and quality and reduce costs in manufacturing and assembly processes by applying the techniques and procedures from the Toyota Production System, which is world renowned as the most efficient manufacturer of automobiles. Educate and train shop floor personnel in these techniques and procedures.

Conflict Resolution - Enhance the strength and capability of an organization by resolving the disruption caused by conflicts. Using organizational behavior and individual action plans to build a system for the organization to address the areas of dysfunction due to conflicts and interpersonal disagreements.
