About Executive Mentoring The Mentoring process
The sessions will typically be held by phone. This saves you the time of traveling to an appointment and allows you to relax during our sessions in the comfort, convenience, and privacy of your home or office. In-person sessions are available at your place of business or home. All of our conversations are strictly confidential, within the confines of law. I will not release your name as one of my clients without your express permission. I offer a monthly plan that includes 3 half hour sessions for $200 per month. If working together "on demand" fits your schedule better, my fee per hour for mentoring is $160. In-person sessions at your place of business or home will incur my time and travel expenses, which will be billed. Scholarships are available on a limited basis. Discounts may be applicable for your non-profit organization. Unlimited email support between sessions is included in all of my mentoring programs. Contact me for an initial conversation about how mentoring in the Sacred Tradition can benefit you. |
As one of Julius's former mentees, I had the opportunity to have observed, learned, practiced, and continuously refined my managerial and leadership skills that I could not have obtained otherwise from my formal academic training. The real life practices of the Art and Science of Leadership & Management have effectively been established, instituted, and disseminated by Julius's personable mentorship. I have been using his mentoring not only in my daily management activities but also in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and people development with his focused emphasis on both doing the right things and doing things right with integrity and wholeheartedness as the two guiding beacons.
