The Mentoring process

• We have open, frank discussions about critical events and experiences that were turning points in your career. These insights are useful as learning aids for you.
• As you describe your current experiences, I listen attentively to what you are saying and for aspects of your experience to emphasize or reduce.
• With your permission or when you ask, I provide feedback.
• I'm a sounding board for your ideas and plans, teaching or preaching sparingly.
  
• During our mentoring sessions, the purpose is to provide you with positive reinforcement and to give you confidence.
  
• You should make mistakes and from those mistakes will come your appreciation of difficulties and ways to learn from your experiences.

The sessions will typically be held by phone. This saves you the time of traveling to an appointment and allows you to relax during our sessions in the comfort, convenience, and privacy of your home or office.

In-person sessions are available at your place of business or home.

All of our conversations are strictly confidential, within the confines of law. I will not release your name as one of my clients without your express permission.

Fee Schedule

I offer a monthly plan that includes 3 half hour sessions for $200 per month. If working together "on demand" fits your schedule better, my fee per hour for mentoring is $160.

In-person sessions at your place of business or home will incur my time and travel expenses, which will be billed.

Scholarships are available on a limited basis. Discounts may be applicable for your non-profit organization.

Unlimited email support between sessions is included in all of my mentoring programs.
